Our research is conducted in strict accord with national biosecurity policies and we comply with permits issued by NSW Department of Primary Industries. We use dedicated equipment for each estuary that we visit. We decontaminate equipment and vehicles after visiting a designated disease site and we autoclave all waste prior to disposal. Our laboratories are compliant with microbiological safety and they are certified to PC2.
